Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of these products, we don't accept cancellations or returns, unless they arrive damaged or defective (this does not include box packaging).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Perishable products
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale
