IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION for the USA

CANCELLATIONS CANNOT BE MADE AFTER ORDER IS PLACED.

We ship all orders through the US Postal Service (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation usually within 2 - 3 business days of receiving your paid order. 

Once we generate a shipping confirmation number, that means your package will be sent to our shipping department for packaging. It may take one or two days for it to actually arrive at the Post Office, although we strive to finish packages in one business day. Chances are that the USPS will NOT show acceptance or tracking of First Class packages on their website. They are only required to show the date and time the package is delivered to the recipient.

The best way to estimate when your package will arrive is by class of service. First Class Mail (up to 13 oz) is usually 2-8 business days and Priority Mail is usually 1-3 business days from the time we ship. However, delays can be experienced because of weather conditions, local carrier service, individual sorting station / government slow downs, or disruptions due to heavy holiday mail volume.

Returned packages from any destination due to insufficient address, forwarding address or refusal to pay customs fees will be charged a fee by the Post Office for their return to Meditation Oil. This return fee, plus original shipping fees will be deducted from any refunds made.
